Plan details explained

Yes. Buildings can move between plan tiers as the number of managed properties changes. Historical request records and documents carry over without needing to be re-uploaded.

Each unit is set up with its own resident access, allowing individual tracking of requests while keeping the noticeboard and document library visible to the whole building.

All plans include a guided setup session covering how to add units, upload existing by-laws and configure the maintenance calendar. Strata Group plans include an additional dedicated session for larger teams.

Buildings can request a full export of their request history and document library at any time. Details on data retention are outlined in our Privacy Policy.
