By accessing this website or using the Dataflownet platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website or platform.
Dataflownet provides a cloud-based platform intended to support strata-managed buildings with organising maintenance requests, tradesperson assignment, progress tracking, resident communication, a shared noticeboard, a document library and a scheduled maintenance calendar. The platform is a coordination and record-keeping tool. It does not perform maintenance work itself and is not a party to any agreement between a building and a tradesperson.
Access to platform features is provided through accounts issued to building managers, committee members and residents of a participating building. Account holders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for activity conducted under their account.
Users agree not to upload unlawful, defamatory or misleading content, not to attempt unauthorised access to another building's account data, and not to use the platform in a manner that disrupts its operation for other users.
Residents and managers remain responsible for the accuracy of information and photos submitted through the platform. Documents uploaded to the document library, including by-laws and meeting minutes, remain the property of the relevant owners corporation or strata scheme.
Information provided through the platform, including reminders relating to scheduled maintenance, does not constitute legal, financial or building compliance advice. Buildings remain responsible for meeting obligations under applicable state strata legislation and building codes.
We aim to keep the platform accessible but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated where practicable.
To the extent permitted by Australian law, Dataflownet is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform, including losses connected to third-party tradesperson performance. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Access to the platform may be suspended or terminated where these terms are breached, or where a subscription is not maintained in accordance with the applicable plan.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the website or platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
